Luk kok/ look kok  is a spirit of a child possessed in a fetus-like statue or real dried fetus. Many ask what is the main difference between a luk kok and kumantong. Well, the main difference is that luk kok do not follow any buddhist commandments during the conjuration while kumantong have to follow at least the 5 precepts of buddhist during conjuration by a monk or master. Luk kok are mostly conjured by black magic masters who can “see” or contact these spirits.
With no rules, commandments or precepts to follow, luk kok can help it’s owner to do whatever their owners’ desires. That also include commanding the spirit of luk kok to cause hurt or even cause death to anyone the owner desire. However, it is always important to make a promise to the luk kok whenever your wish is granted.
